These sessions fulfill requirements for Day 1 of the 5-day foundations training for teachers of the gifted and talented: Nature and Needs of Gifted and Talented Students. They are designed to be part of the entire 30-hour training mandated by the Texas Administrative Code and should not be used as a 6-hour GT update.
